Lizlot is mexican artist living in Norway since 2001. She expreses her art through performance, dance, music, voice, body paint and hand made art. She has collaborate in PAB performances since 2018 and for her it has been the perfect space to understand what does the words meditation, concentration and cooperation means. Through her performances you can always find a touch of a little girl researching and discovering the world. Lizlot has a bachelor in Marketing, has studied Spesial Pedagogics and actually works with children in a kindergarten. She is also teacher of Hatha yoga and Laughter yoga and has practiced meditation for many years. She is official dancer in the mexican dance group “México Lindo” and has practiced many forms of dance for several years. She play different musical instruments and has take several courses for work with children using yoga, music and painting.
