Frauke Materlik has been pursuing her spatial practice since 2002, holding degrees in landscape architecture (MA, University of Greenwich) and Fine Art (MA, Byam Shaw at Central Saint Martins). Her works take shape in multipart installations, photography and performances and have been exhibited internationally, at amongst others Hordaland museumssenter Salhus (N), Kunsthal Charlottenborg (DK), Kunstraum Vaduz, Liechtenstein, Cité des Arts Paris, and Kunstverein Langenhagen (D). Recent awards include the Kulturkontakt Nord mobility grant, Danish Arts Council project grant, NAPA Greenland travel grant and a residency at NAC, Lithuania.
