
Eduardo Cardoso Amato
1991, Castro / BRASIL Visual artist in Curitiba, PR. Du directs PF: house of studies in Curitiba since 2014 and holds a master's degree in Arts from the State University of ParanĂĄ - UNESPAR. Dudu has participated in performance art workshops with artists such as Claudia Paim (Brasil), Tamar Raban (Israel), Alexander del Re (Chile), Marilyn Arsem (USA), SinĂ©ad O'Donnell (UK), Elvira SantamarĂa Torres (MX/UK), Marita Bullmann (DE) and Gustavo Ălvarez (MX). They have received mentorship from Alastair Maclennan (UK) and Sandra Johnston (UK). Edu has done residencies at institutions such as Bauhaus-UniversitĂ€t (DE), Hochschule Wismar (DE), PivĂŽ Arte e Pesquisa (BR), and Live Art Ireland (IE) and Koganecho Area Management Center (JP). They have participated in various performance festivals and events in Brazil and abroad, including the International Biennial of Curitiba, ZAZ Performance Festival (Israel), BIFPA (Northern Ireland), Temporal (Paraguay), POM (Mexico), among others. Eduardo collaborates with the Equinox - Same but Different project, is a member of Perfolink, Bbeyond and Live Art Ireland, and has been responsible for the conception of the Performance Encounters at MAC PARANĂ since 2023.
